Privacy Policy
Last updated: 17 October 2026
Carnival Smash is published by NoventisLab LTD, a company registered in England and Wales (No. 17168303). This policy explains what the game does with data.
In short: there is no account, no email address and no server of ours that receives your data. Your progress and coins stay on your device. The game shows optional reward ads from Google AdMob only when you choose to watch one — see Advertising.
What stays on your device
Your level progress, stars, coins, the cannons and bombs you own and your settings (sound, music) are stored only in the app's own storage on your device. We never receive them. Deleting the app, or using Settings → Delete my data in the game, deletes them.
Purchases
Coin packs are paid through Apple in the App Store or Google in Google Play; we never see your card details or account (see Apple's Privacy Policy and Google's Privacy Policy). To deliver coins and support Restore Purchases the game uses the purchase confirmation from the store and, where enabled, RevenueCat, which receives the confirmation, the product and an anonymous app user identifier — no name, email or payment details (see RevenueCat's Privacy Policy).
Advertising
The game is free. It shows ads from Google AdMob only when you choose to watch one — for example to get an extra shot or extra bombs. To show, measure and limit those ads, Google's ad software collects your device's advertising identifier (only if you allow it), the ads you see and tap, basic app interactions, crash and performance data and your IP address, which may be used to estimate a general location. Google is responsible for this data, as described in How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services.
Your choices. In the EEA, the UK and Switzerland a consent screen from Google asks you first. On iOS you can change tracking in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking; on Android you can reset or delete your advertising ID in Settings → Privacy → Ads.
What we do not do
- We do not ask for an account, an email address or your real name.
- We do not use location services, contacts, photos, the microphone or the camera.
- Apart from the Google advertising above, we do not track you across other apps or websites.
- We do not sell or rent data to anyone.
Children
Carnival Smash is a puzzle game for a general audience. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children; the game never asks for a real name or contact details.
Deleting your data and your rights
Everything we could hold about you is on your device: delete it any time with Settings → Delete my data in the game, or by uninstalling. You can also write to info@noventislab.com to ask what we hold, to correct it or to delete it. See how to delete your data.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version appears on this page with a new date above.
