Carnival Smash

Terms of Use

Last updated: 17 October 2026

These terms govern your use of Carnival Smash ("the game"), published by NoventisLab LTD, registered in England and Wales (No. 17168303). By downloading or playing the game you accept them.

The game is also covered by Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. Where these terms and Apple's standard terms disagree, Apple's standard terms apply to the licence itself.

Your licence

We grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to install and play the game on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial entertainment. You may not copy, sell, rent, decompile or reverse-engineer the game, or extract its artwork, audio or level data.

Coins and purchases

Coins are the game's only currency. You earn them by playing and can also buy coin packs; you never have to buy anything to play. Coins and the items you get with them (cannons, bombs) have no cash value, cannot be exchanged or transferred and are consumed when used. All payments are taken by Apple or Google under your account and their terms; refund requests go to Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com or to Google Play.

Advertising

The game offers optional reward ads from Google AdMob. Watching an ad is always your choice and gives a small in-game reward (a one-level cannon trial, an extra shot or bonus bombs).

Your progress

Progress and coins are stored on your device. If you delete the game, change device or clear its data, they are lost and we cannot recover them.

Fair play

Do not modify the game, tamper with its stored data or use tools that alter its behaviour.

Availability and changes

We may update the game, change or remove features and end support for old versions.

No warranty and liability

The game is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law we exclude implied warranties, and our liability to you is limited to the amount you have paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, you keep the protection of any mandatory rules of your own country.
