Lodge Logo Agreement

This agreement applies when you buy a Lodge Logo in the Masonic Kingdom game (the "Game") published by NoventisLab LTD, a company registered in England and Wales (No. 17168303) ("we", "us"). You accept it in the Game before paying, by ticking the box. The version you accepted and the time of acceptance are recorded with your purchase.

1. What you buy

The logo and name of your lodge shown to every player on the curtain that closes at the end of one level of your choice (the "Placement"), for as long as the Game is available in the app stores. The Placement does not include any other advertising, link or feature.

2. One lodge per level

Each level carries one logo. When you choose a level it is held for you for a short time while you pay; once payment is completed it is held for you permanently. If the level is taken by someone else while you are paying, you may choose another free level in the same price range without paying again.

3. Price and payment

Levels 1–100 cost 19.99 USD and later levels 9.99 USD (or the equivalent price shown by your app store). Payment is taken by the Apple App Store or Google Play under their own terms. We do not receive your card details.

4. Upload and review

After paying you upload the logo and the lodge name in the Game. We review every logo by hand. Most logos go live within about a week, but we do not guarantee a time. We may decline a logo that breaks these rules and tell you the reason in the Game; you can then fix it and resubmit it without paying again.

5. Content rules

The logo and the name must belong to a lodge and must not be obscene, political, hateful, offensive or misleading, and must not infringe anyone else's rights (including trademarks and copyright).

6. Your rights and responsibility

You confirm that you have the right to use the logo and the lodge name for this purpose, including any emblem they contain, and that you may act for the lodge. You are responsible for any claim made by a third party about the logo or name you uploaded, and you agree to indemnify us against such claims.

7. Removal

We may remove a logo if we receive a valid complaint from the rights holder, if it breaks these rules, or if an app store or the law requires it. If the Game is withdrawn from the app stores, the Placement ends.

8. Refunds

Refunds are handled by the Apple App Store or Google Play under their policies. We cannot issue refunds for purchases made through the Apple App Store ourselves. Your statutory rights are not affected.

9. No affiliation

The Game is not affiliated with, endorsed by or representing any lodge, Grand Lodge or organisation. Showing a logo is not an endorsement by us or a partnership.

10. Design changes

We may change how curtains look, how long they stay closed and where the logo is placed, as long as the logo remains reasonably visible.

Bu sözleşme, NoventisLab LTD (İngiltere ve Galler'de kayıtlı şirket, No. 17168303; "biz") tarafından yayımlanan Masonic Kingdom oyununda ("Oyun") Loca Logosu satın aldığınızda geçerlidir. Ödemeden önce Oyun içinde kutuyu işaretleyerek kabul edersiniz. Kabul ettiğiniz sürüm ve kabul zamanı satın alımınızla birlikte kaydedilir.

1. Ne satın alıyorsunuz?

Seçtiğiniz bir bölümün sonunda kapanan perdede locanızın logosunun ve adının bütün oyunculara gösterilmesi ("Yerleşim"). Oyun uygulama mağazalarında yayında kaldığı sürece geçerlidir. Yerleşim başka bir reklam, bağlantı ya da özellik içermez.

2. Her bölüme tek loca

Her bölümde tek logo bulunur. Seçtiğiniz bölüm, ödeme yaparken kısa bir süre sizin için ayrılır; ödeme tamamlanınca kalıcı olarak sizin adınıza tutulur. Siz öderken bölüm başkasına geçerse, tekrar ödemeden aynı fiyat aralığında boş başka bir bölüm seçebilirsiniz.

3. Fiyat ve ödeme

1–100. bölümler 19,99 USD, sonraki bölümler 9,99 USD'dir (ya da uygulama mağazanızın gösterdiği karşılığı). Ödeme Apple App Store ya da Google Play tarafından, kendi koşullarıyla alınır. Kart bilgileriniz bize ulaşmaz.

4. Yükleme ve inceleme

Ödemeden sonra logoyu ve loca adını Oyun içinde yüklersiniz. Her logoyu elle inceleriz. Logoların çoğu yaklaşık bir hafta içinde yayına girer, ancak süre garantisi vermiyoruz. Bu kurallara aykırı bir logoyu sebebini Oyun içinde bildirerek reddedebiliriz; logoyu tekrar ödemeden düzeltip yeniden gönderebilirsiniz.

5. İçerik kuralları

Logo ve ad bir locaya ait olmalı; müstehcen, siyasi, nefret içeren, saldırgan ya da yanıltıcı olmamalı ve başkasının haklarını (marka ve telif hakları dahil) ihlal etmemelidir.

6. Hak beyanı ve sorumluluk

Logoyu ve loca adını, içerdikleri amblemler dahil, bu amaçla kullanma hakkınız olduğunu ve loca adına hareket edebildiğinizi beyan edersiniz. Yüklediğiniz logo ya da adla ilgili üçüncü kişilerden gelecek talepler sizin sorumluluğunuzdadır ve bu taleplere karşı bizi tazmin etmeyi kabul edersiniz.

7. Kaldırma

Hak sahibinden geçerli bir şikâyet alırsak, logo bu kurallara aykırıysa ya da bir uygulama mağazası veya yasa gerektirirse logoyu kaldırabiliriz. Oyun uygulama mağazalarından kaldırılırsa Yerleşim sona erer.

8. İade

İadeler Apple App Store ya da Google Play tarafından kendi politikalarına göre yapılır. Apple App Store üzerinden yapılan satın alımları kendimiz iade edemeyiz. Yasal haklarınız saklıdır.

9. Bağlantı yok

Oyun hiçbir loca, Büyük Loca ya da kuruluşla bağlantılı değildir, onlar tarafından onaylanmamıştır ve onları temsil etmez. Bir logonun gösterilmesi bizim onayımız ya da bir ortaklık anlamına gelmez.

10. Tasarım değişiklikleri

Logo makul ölçüde görünür kaldığı sürece perdelerin görünümünü, kapalı kalma süresini ve logonun yerini değiştirebiliriz.
