Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of Masonic Kingdom ("the game"), published by NoventisLab LTD, registered in England and Wales (No. 17168303). By downloading or playing the game you accept them.
The game is also covered by Apple's standard licence terms, the Licensed Application End User License Agreement. Where these terms and Apple's standard terms disagree, Apple's standard terms apply to the licence itself.
Your licence
We grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to install and play the game on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial entertainment. You may not copy, sell, rent, decompile or reverse-engineer the game, or attempt to extract its artwork, audio or level data for use elsewhere.
Purchases inside the game
The game offers optional paid items. You never have to buy anything to play.
- Tool charges (gavel, seal, shuffle) are consumable: they are used up when you spend them and do not come back with a restore.
- Chapter unlocks are non-consumable: once bought they stay with your Apple ID, and Restore Purchases in Settings brings them back on a new device or after reinstalling.
All payments are taken by Apple through the App Store, under your Apple ID and Apple's terms. We do not process payments ourselves and cannot issue refunds. Refund requests go to Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
The free weekly allowance
Each tool comes with three free charges. A charge you spend returns seven days after you spent it — spending all three returns them one at a time, in the order you used them. This allowance is a feature of the game, not a purchased entitlement, and we may change the number or the waiting period in a future version. Charges you have bought are not affected by the waiting period.
Your progress
Progress is stored on your device. If you delete the game, change device or clear its data, progress is lost and we cannot recover it. Purchased chapter unlocks can be restored as described above; consumed tool charges cannot.
Leaderboard conduct
Leaderboard entries carry only the random identifier your device generates — there is no name to choose and nothing to type. We may remove, without notice, any entry that appears to have been produced by modifying the game or the data it stores.
Fair play
Do not modify the game, tamper with its stored data, or use tools that alter its behaviour to gain charges, unlocks or scores you have not earned or bought.
Themes and affiliation
Masonic Kingdom draws on the symbolism and allegories of the masonic tradition as a setting for a puzzle game. It is a work of entertainment. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any Grand Lodge, obedience or masonic body, and it does not disclose ritual.
Availability and changes
We may update the game, change or remove features, and end support for old versions. The leaderboard is an online service and may be unavailable at times.
No warranty and liability
The game is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law we exclude implied warranties, and our liability to you is limited to the amount you have paid us for the game and its in-app items in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, you keep the protection of any mandatory rules of your own country.
