I bought gold and it did not arrive

Open Settings and tap Restore purchases. If you were charged and the gold still did not arrive, email us the receipt from Apple and we will sort it out.

How do I play?

Swap two neighbouring flags to line up three or more of the same flag. Four make a rocket, a square makes a paper plane, an L or T makes a bomb and five make a globe. Every flag of your own country you pop scores points for your country in the weekly cup. Settings → How to play? replays the tutorial.

How does the weekly cup work?

Each week runs from Sunday 13:00 UTC to the next Sunday. Countries are ranked by the points their players earn, relative to their population. Settings → Weekly cup rules explains the details and the rewards.

I changed phone and my progress is gone

Progress and gold are stored on the device and do not travel with you. Gold you bought can be restored with Restore purchases.

Someone on the rankings has an offensive name

Tap their row on the rankings and choose Report inappropriate name — the player is hidden for you at once and the report reaches our team. You can also just hide them.

Delete my data (World Flag Cup by NoventisLab LTD)

In the game: open Settings (gear icon, top right) → Delete my leaderboard data → confirm. Or email info@noventislab.com with the player ID shown in Settings and we delete it for you within 30 days.

Deleted at once: your player name, avatar, hat and frame, your rows in this week's and the all-time rankings, and rewards you have not claimed yet. Your player ID is marked as deleted.

Kept: past weekly results stay only as anonymous totals in your former country's score (no name or avatar). Server backups that may still contain the deleted data are erased automatically within 90 days. Progress, gold and settings live only on your device; uninstalling the game removes them.
