These terms govern your use of World Flag Cup ("the game"), published by NoventisLab LTD, registered in England and Wales (No. 17168303). By downloading or playing the game you accept them.
The game is also covered by Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. Where these terms and Apple's standard terms disagree, Apple's standard terms apply to the licence itself.
Your licence
We grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to install and play the game on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial entertainment. You may not copy, sell, rent, decompile or reverse-engineer the game, or extract its artwork, audio or level data.
Gold and purchases
Gold is the game's only currency. You earn it by playing and can also buy gold packs; you never have to buy anything to play. Gold and the items you get with it (boosters, hats, frames, avatars, continents, name and country changes) have no cash value, cannot be exchanged or transferred and are consumed when used. All payments are taken by Apple under your Apple ID and Apple's terms; refund requests go to Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Your progress
Progress and gold are stored on your device. If you delete the game, change device or clear its data, they are lost and we cannot recover them.
Rankings, names and conduct
The game shows worldwide and country rankings and a weekly cup. Your player name is generated automatically and can be changed in the shop. There is no tolerance for objectionable content: names that are offensive, hateful, sexual, impersonate others or contain personal information are not allowed. Offensive names are refused, players can report or hide any name on the rankings, reports reach our team by email, and names reported by several players are replaced automatically. We may remove names or ranking entries and exclude players from the rankings and the weekly cup without notice for breaking these rules.
Fair play and the weekly cup
Do not modify the game, tamper with its stored data or network traffic, or use tools that alter its behaviour. Cup rewards are in-game gold only; we may withhold rewards and remove results that appear to have been produced unfairly.
Availability and changes
We may update the game, change or remove features and end support for old versions. The rankings are an online service and may be unavailable at times.
No warranty and liability
The game is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law we exclude implied warranties, and our liability to you is limited to the amount you have paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, you keep the protection of any mandatory rules of your own country.
